Custom Orders

I am happy to make custom orders. Any of the designs can be decorated with other stones, so let me know if you have requests and I will do my best to make it happen. I am also available to create something new for you, write me an email and I’m happy to see what I can do.

Quality

Each earring hook uses the highest quality of 24k gold filled metal great for sensitive ears. All necklace chains are gold plated brass and can be adjustable unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

Each order is shipped using USPS first class. Once an item is shipped tracking info will be sent your way. In dedication to the earth, I use minimal packing materials, and often reuse and recycle packing supplies.

I hope you feel amazing and completely love your piece of jewelry, however  if you’d like to exchange your design for another style, or want store credit after purchasing on the website, I’m happy to accommodate. I will accept returns up to 14 days after purchase for store credit only if jewelry is in the exact condition as received, unused and in original packaging. You are responsible to pay for your own shipping costs when  returning your item. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as I am not able to guarantee your shipment.

Repairs

I make each piece of Auray jewelry with care and attention to detail. If something does unfortunately break, I will gladly repair it. This is complimentary for 90 days after purchase and has a small fee after that. Shipping to me is the responsibility of the customer and I will cover shipping back to you.

Handmade Disclaimer

Each piece of jewelry is handmade and thus is unique.  The metal is often textured using fabrics, and therefore has a different imprint each time.  This is the beauty of handmade.  As much as Chazlynn strives to create each piece the same, there will be small differences that makes your jewelry one of a kind.

Care  

Auray’s jewelry has been made for you to wear on special occasions and everyday.  Handmade items require extra care and ritual.  The metal used is natural, earth based, and not plated with anything.  Overtime, your piece will tarnish naturally, due to exposure to oxygen, moisture, and oils.   Also some wear like nicks and scratches will happen with use.  This is a natural process, and contributes to the character and life of each individual piece. However it is nice to be able to keep your jewelry bright and shiny if you so desire, and here are some tips to do so. 

Store your jewelry in an airtight container, avoid contact with water, oils and lotions.  Polish your jewelry with the polishing cloth that is provided to regain a brighter look.  You can also use ketchup to remove tarnish.  All of these practices will help keep your jewelry looking beautiful.
